3. Nature of Taswyah’s Services
Taswyah provides specialized content in the areas of financial markets, technical analysis, trading, and investment, and its services may include digital content, applied tools, simulators, or educational and analytical features depending on the selected plan.
All materials provided through Taswyah are intended to raise awareness, knowledge, and understanding of the financial markets, and do not constitute a direct investment recommendation, an invitation to buy or sell, asset management, or personal financial advice.
The user bears full responsibility for their financial and investment decisions, and acknowledges that the financial markets involve risk and may result in profits or losses.

Sharing the account or login credentials with others is prohibited, and the account may not be used by more than one person unless expressly stated otherwise within the plan or agreement.
6. Subscriptions and Payment
Subscriptions are available according to the plans and prices shown on the platform at the time of purchase.
The user undertakes to pay the subscription fee in full, or in accordance with the approved payment method, before access to the content or services is activated.
The features of each plan may differ in terms of content type, access period, available tools, or additional services, and this is clarified on the plan page before completing the subscription.
Taswyah reserves the right to modify prices, plans, or features in the future, provided that this does not affect subscriptions activated before the modification during the current subscription period, unless stated otherwise.

We want the booking experience to be clear from the start, and the time reserved for each session to be fully held for the person who booked it. «Hour with Rahaf» sessions are therefore subject to the following policy:
24. Cancelling the Session
The session can be cancelled more than 24 hours before its scheduled time, with a full refund of the booking fee.
The session cannot be cancelled less than 24 hours before its scheduled time, because the slot is reserved and held exclusively for the person who booked it.
25. Rescheduling the Session
The session can be rescheduled once at no additional charge, provided the change is requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled time and a new time is chosen from the available slots.
If a reschedule is requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we cannot guarantee that the time can be changed, and it is treated as a no-show under the no-show policy.
26. Lateness or No-Show
The session starts at the time scheduled at booking.
If the client arrives late, the session still ends at its scheduled time and is not extended to make up for the delay.
If the client does not show up, the slot is considered used and its value cannot be refunded or transferred to another time.
27. If the Session Was Not What You Expected
«Hour with Rahaf» is a one-on-one, knowledge-based discussion session, tailored to discuss your questions and challenges in trading, investing, and the financial markets.
The nature of the session, and what it does and does not include, is explained before the booking is completed. Disagreement with the view expressed, or an answer that does not match what the client expected, is therefore not grounds for a refund of the booking fee after the session has taken place.
That said, if a problem on our side materially affected the delivery of the session, it will be handled separately in a way that protects the client’s rights.
28. If the Booking Is for Something the Session Does Not Provide
The session does not include:
- Giving direct buy or sell recommendations.
- Identifying a specific stock or financial asset to invest in.
- Setting entry or exit points based on the client’s situation.
- Managing or reallocating an investment portfolio.
- Making financial or investment decisions on the client’s behalf.
- Providing personal financial or investment advice.
If it becomes clear before the session, from the information provided at booking, that its primary purpose falls within these services, we may contact the person who booked to clarify the nature of the session, or cancel the booking and refund the amount paid.
If the session has already started and it becomes clear during it that its purpose is to obtain one of the services listed above, the client will be told that this type of request is not covered by the session, and the remaining time can be used to discuss another topic within the scope of «Hour with Rahaf».
If the client does not wish to continue after that, the booking fee is not refunded, since the session’s scope and exclusions are explained before the booking is completed.
29. Cancellation on Our Part
If we need to cancel the session for any reason, the person who booked it may choose between:
- Rescheduling the session for another available time.
- A full refund of the booking fee.
30. Acceptance of the Policy
Completing the booking and payment means having reviewed the nature of «Hour with Rahaf», what it does and does not include, and agreeing to the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy.
«Hour with Rahaf» is a knowledge-based, educational session. It does not constitute financial or investment advice and does not include buy/sell recommendations or portfolio management. All financial and investment decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
